How can there be such kind of people around in the office?
List of things that kinda people would do:
1) Never admit himself was in the wrong even when it is so obvious that he did something wrong and even attempt to push the blame on someone else, even when the someone else is his boss!
2) Always think that he is right and is never wrong! Hello.. People do make mistakes. Just that people learn from mistake. If you always think that you are right, don come here to work!
3) Don't do thing beyond your ability! The schedule is already so pack so why still promise other people to do things you know you are going to have a hard thing doing it?
4) Never touch your boss stuff (may it be in the computer or paperwork)! Don't even attempt to copy the document to YOUR OWN account! YOU NOT PERMITTED TO DO STUFF LIKE THESE!!!
5) RESPECT your BOSS or SENIORS!!! They know the stuff MUCH BETTER than you!! They are MORE EXPERIENCE than you!!! Believe what was told!
6) TRUST your BOSS OR SENIORS. They are the one who understand the procedures better than you!
7) TEAMWORK!!! All department need teamwork. Me, for sure, DO NOT NEED A STAFF WHO ALWAYS DO THINGS ON HIS OWN AND DON'T BOTHER TO HELP OUT HIS TEAM-MATES!!!
8) Don't always go one side and PLAY WITH YOUR GOD-DAMN IPHONE WHEN THERE IS STILL WORK TO BE DONE! If no much work available, then find thing to do!!! Would it be nice to let other colleagues from different department to see you PLAY GAME/READ MANGA during working hours??? Ask yourself this!!!
9) INITIATIVE!!! During work place, please have some initiative! That is the most basic thing to do!
10) WRITE YOUR GOD-DAMN NOTES! If you know you can't remember the procedure, WRITE NOTES! Reading SOP is good, but some details won't be in there! DON'T GO DIG YOUR BOSS/SENIOR'S NOTES AND READ IT AND DO ACCORDING TO IT! YOU SHOULD WRITE YOUR OWN TO REMEMBER IT BETTER OR REFER IT!
11) DON'T GOD-DAMN KEEP ASKING YOU BOSS/SENIOR THE SIMPLIEST QUESTIONS REPEATEDLY! PEOPLE GOT PATIENT!
12) Don't keep trying to impress your boss's boss and think that by impressing them will get you better increment and bonus! THAT IS BULLSHIT! I am still the boss! I can even determine if you get to stay OR leave!!
13) DON'T BACK STAB! Here I am helping you to cover your mistakes, don't go out amd pin point and people and say:" JOYCE SAY DE! JOYCE DO DE!"
Seriously.. Can this kinda person don't step onto my territory! I want people who can work as a team! NOT SOME SMART ALEC AND PEOPLE WHO JUST WORK AND COMPLAIN ABOUT ALL SORT OF STUFF AND COMPLAIN ABOUT HOW LITTLE YOUR PAY IS WHEN YOU ARE LIKE NOT DOING MUCH WORK!!!
