The Base

Buy fresh coconut and squeeze the coconut water out. Add in water and pandan leaf and put it to boil

The Jelly

To cook them in a pot of 1/4 full hot water until they were half transparent. After which, put them in a bowl of tap/cold water and soak them.

The Yam and Sweet Potatoes

Dice them into cubes.

The Preparation

1. Put the yam cubes into the base, and wait until it is cooked.

2. Put the sweet potatoes cubes into the base and wait until it is cooked.

3. Put the jelly inside and stirred.

4. Add in appropriate amount of sugar to obtain the optinum sweetness

5. Ready to serve!
