Just when I tot I am done with my End-Course-Assignement (ECA), CMA 1 appear.. And when I tot I am almost done with my CMA 1, CMA 2 and TMA show up as well.. Right after my TMA, the last CMA will come join in the fun.. After all done with the fun. The most "enjoyable part" is here: EXAM!!!

"Friends" ( All the ECA, TMA, CMA), EXAM ) so happy to come find me while I am so trying to avoid them.. But avoiding is not a solution. "Playing with them" then is the solution..

(This is done with the Creaming Method)

Creaming Method

The sugar and fat(s) are blended together first and make sure all ingredients have been thoroughly mixed in. Eggs are added gradually in stages, which ensures that the batter doesn’t curdle. The yolks help emulsify and hold moisture within the formed air cells and create a water-in-fat emulsion. Next, add milk and other liquids and finish with the dry ingredients.

(This is done with the Rubbing In Method)

Rubbing-In Method

This method involves rubbing the butter into flour lightly until the mix resembles small breadcrumbs. This is achieved as the butter is lightly worked into the flour between the fingers and thumbs trapping air as it falls, which is also aided in rising by baking powder and baking soda.
